How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the Clock n Cube mobile app:

  1. Open the Clock n Cube app on your device
  2. Go to the Profile screen (tap your profile icon/name)
  3. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top right corner
  4. Select "Delete Account" from the menu
  5. Type "DELETE" to confirm
  6. Tap "Delete Account" to permanently delete your account

Note: Account deletion requires an active internet connection. If you are offline, please connect to the internet and try again.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered:

  • Account and Profile: Your account ID, display name, and profile information
  • Email Address: Your linked email address (if you linked one)
  • Solve Times and Statistics: All your solve times, personal bests, and game statistics
  • Leaderboard Rankings: Your rankings and scores on all leaderboards
  • Purchase History: Records of your in-app purchases (note: purchases are managed by Google Play/App Store and may be retained by them)
  • Device Associations: All devices linked to your account
  • Authentication Tokens: All refresh tokens and session data
  • All Other Associated Data: Any other data associated with your account

Data Retention Period

Once you confirm account deletion, your data is immediately and permanently deleted from our servers. There is no retention period - deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Important: This action cannot be undone. Please make sure you want to delete your account before confirming.

What Data Is NOT Deleted

The following data is managed by third-party services and may be retained according to their policies:

  • In-App Purchase Records: Purchase transactions are managed by Google Play (Android) or App Store (iOS). These platforms may retain purchase records for their own purposes (e.g., refunds, support). We cannot delete purchase records from these platforms.
  • Analytics Data: Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained for business analysis purposes, but this data cannot be linked to your account.

If you are unable to delete your account through the app (e.g., you no longer have access to the app or your device), you can request account deletion by contacting us:

Please include your account display name or email address (if linked) in your request. We will process your deletion request within 30 days.
